Formation
Who are we?
France Vins et Spiritueux Formation is a non-profit association. Our mission is to promote and preserve French wines and spirits image in China.
Different from other private companies who bear commercial aims like promoting their own brands or distributing training courses, France Vins et Spiritueux Formation is a special existence in France in a general framework.
What do we do?
In China, the association distributes the French vineyard culture education, the French wines and spirits knowledge and tasting, through training courses (3 levels).
In France, France Vins et Spiritueux Formation provides active support to wine and spirits producers:

Communication network that allows producers to be in touch with each other and exchange ideas

Members
Our members are mainly wine producers and wine yard owners. France Vins et Spiritueux Formation will organize members travel to China to support our training sessions and to talk about their land (terroir), their know-how and participate in the training to distributors and consumers on site, to highlight:
their wines and spirits, as well as local cultures and traditions
the long French-Chinese friendship, common tastes for conviviality on good food accompanied with quality wines and spirits.

Training
courses
Our training courses deliver knowledges on terroir, grape variety, production methods, labels, tasting, food pairing etc. Some courses will be delivered by wine producers and wine yard owners from France.
After training, you will be granted by an official diploma issued by France Vins et Spiritueux Formation.
At the end of training, a study trip to French vineyards will be organized for trainees.

Two-steps
exam process
for graduation
– Live interview by internet between the candidate, the Chinese professor and the president of FVSF, on the subjects approached in each level
– Live tasting by internet on the following themes:
presentation of the bottle with explanations on the label and back label
uncorking the bottle
temperature of wine served
type of glass used

Graduates will be “posted” on the website.

Déroulement de l’examen en deux étapes, pour l’obtention du diplôme
– Entretien en direct par internet entre le candidat, le professeur Chinois et le président de FVSF, sur les sujets abordés dans chaque session
– Dégustation en direct par internet sur les thèmes suivants;
- présentation de la bouteille avec explications sur l’étiquette et la contre étiquette
- débouchage de la bouteille
- température du vin servi
- type de verre utilisé
- etc…
Les diplômés seront « affichés » sur le site.
